Tidewater Loaves started as a single home oven and a Saturday folding table by the marina. Today we still bake in small batches — naturally leavened sourdough, laminated pastries, and a rotating loaf of the week — using local flour and no shortcuts. Stop in, the ovens start before sunrise.
